Similar speeds and altitudes, but SR-71 the winner, but not by that much... for a bomber.
Valkrie top speed just over 2,000 mph, SR-71 about 2,200 mph.
Valkrie top operating altitude just under 75,000 feet, SR-71 about 85,000 feet.
