I lived beneath DRUG DEALERS for 9 months..... I knew they were dealing pot out of the unit above mine, but I couldn't do anything, and the place was kind of in limbo with my landlord passing away, I was locked in a contract, and there was nothing else available to rent....
Dogs barking and people parking in front of your house? Grow a pair, thats just a normal neighborhood....
