This is the house that I bought this month. It was built in 1963 and we're the second owner. I was planning on building a home but the lot that I found I didn't like. It's on a raised foundation but is only 2" above the ground level. It will be easy for Joanna to get in and out of. Jim, Perfect! Our home is a one level ranch, only 2,400 sq. feet. We bought before Cindy was diagnosed with MS, but it's worked out well...very scooter friendly. Once our daughter moved out, it fits us well.
