Chances of actually causing a fire from smoking while fueling up the car is extremely, extremely low. You can toss a lit cigarette in a bucket of fuel and it will do nothing except put out the cigarette..
Though i don't advocate smoking at the pump, it's not as risky as you might think
You need the right mixture and compression and a decent spark or flame.. this is a Porsche board, y'all should know that.
