I was re-directed to my thread from another post and thought I would update. I've driven her on good days and have really enjoyed my 928. The other day I blasted down the left lane of a highly deserted road at a buck twenty with absolutely no drama, rock solid, and definitely room for more speed. What an amazing machine. I don't know how to describe it other than the car REALLY just "loves to drive." It's happiest at 90 and above and just begs you to go faster. Smooth & steady and pulls pretty impressively. I'm really proud to have saved a piece of history. Back in it's hey day, no doubt, the "Fastest production car in the world."

I'll include some pictures from Atlanta Motor Speedway from the Mille event in November. Nothing like driving your car to a track, blasting down three wide with hundreds of other Porsches all trying to go flat out while NOT trading paint, and driving home. Such a blast. These cars are great.

My son posed for this second picture

Thanks for allowing me to share,

Bob
