FS / FT: 1986 944 Turbo - Charlotte, NC - $5,300 obo

Asking $5,300 - Updated Price

Up for sale is my 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo.. I currently have a pair of 944 Turbos, and my wife tells me I don't need two of the exact same car so that is the reason I am listing it. I am in no hurry to sell, and have been driving this car to work on a daily basis so feel free to keep low ball offer to yourself. Also I am not willing to trade unless you have a Porsche 924S you want to offer as a partial trade, or you can offer to paint my other 944 plus some cash.

I would describe this car as a driver, a nice solid car that can be daily driven as is, or turned into a project if someone wanted to make it a track car, or perhaps a restoration effort. The cosmetics are the main issue with the car, the paint is faded, there are a couple of dents on top of the drivers side fender, and the interior shows its age. But from a driving stand point the car lives up to 951 expectations.

Basic Details:
- 1986 944 Turbo
- Graphite Grey over Black (Seats are dark blue, recovered by PO to match the sun faded carpet)
- MSW Wheels w/ New Tires
- Unknown Mileage (Odometer stopped working years ago, stuck at 69k)
- Good Compression Numbers (Head rebuilt in 2001)
- Newer Transmission (I replaced a faulty unit that was in the car w/ one from an '87)
- Solid Mechanical and Electrical Condition (Everything works)
- Some Records Going Back to 2000

- If the buyer wanted to offer a little more money I could install a M474 suspension in the car, it would come off my other 951
- I also have a set of black seats I could install, but the blue ones are in much better shape, that would be the buyers choice
