Trademarks Home. But, you really are better off paying a trademark/patent attorney to do it for you. It is time consuming as all get out and the search engine, to see if someone has already registered a similar product, on the feds site sucks. A trademark attorney should have purchased software that does a much better search and makes things hassle free. Well worth the money paid.
