Your question is not too clear, but I would of course suspect the alarm module, which is located under the driver's seat. Sometimes (particularly on convertibles), these get wet and then short out and start causing all sorts of odd problems like this one. You can also try running the routine "Sports Car Handover" from the Porsche PST-2 or PIWIS tool - that tends to fix a lot of these odd issues.
