Carrera prices are all over the place. We had a fully rebuilt G50 Targa sell in LA a few weeks ago for $14000. There are quite a few with asking prices in the high $20K range.
If your car was here in LA, I don't believe you'd have any difficulty getting close to your asking price plus the $1K in shipping.
