Kim Jong-Un is the annointed successor.
He's barely out of boarding Swiss boarding school (see pic), where he was a shy and asocial geek. But although fat and timid and mainly interested in the LA Lakers, he's been made a Four Star General and anointed Supreme Leader.
It'll be fun to see where this goes.
