[Dueller]

My what a difference a year makes. Last Christmas I was sitting around moping and CLP because my marriage was over.

Fast forward to now. A friend suggested I go out with her sister who has recently gone thru a bitter divorce complete with an angry, bitter ex - husband. We were to go to 3 different christmas parties Sat nite. At the last minute my friend asked if she could tag along as she and her sometime boyfriend had broken up with her and she wanted to get out. I say "Sure" and they arrive at my house.

Had never met her sister but we hit it off great. The best part was showing up at the parties with two daates...I can't tell you how much that garnered attention....suprisingly much from other single women...even got a few phone numbers slipped in my coat pocket. Funny how women are attracted to men with dates.

The sisters are almost exact opposites, looks and personality wise. Whereas my friend is a dark haired, tanned wild child life of the party her sister is fair complexioned, blonde and demure.

But I digress...here's my dilemma. My date and I had a blast and she wants to get together some more. We briefly touched on her recent divorce and she revealed her husband is still following her, calling her, adamant on reconcilliation, hostile etc. OK...I can handle that. But for one thing. Her ex haas rfecently been inducted into a major, outlaw one percenter motorcycle gang which shall remain nameless. Let me say not a poser group but a club tht is known for criminal RICO type activities. I know this because I've represented a few of them in the past. I'm talking serious outlaw types here. This fact was a primary reason she divorced him.

As much as I am attracted to this woman, I'm afraid I'll have to pass. What say ye?
