...is the big unknown IMHO. When stored properly you should be able to bring her back to life fairly easily. But it could also mean an engine overhaul.
Add to this the repaint, new brakes, etc etc you can easily (I mean really easily) budget a 5-digit amount to make her an acceptable, nice-looking driver.
