It's nice of you to think of the other person. I am neatness challenged, so I only have to walk into a room and it looks like a homeless shelter. I do make sure my trash is picked up and the wet towels are piled on the sink. I don't do the bed. I use only one of the trash cans when I'm in a hotel.
If I use room service I like to put my dishes outside some random door down the hall.
