I work in this industry. Intelligent Video Analytics , Automated Video Monitoring, Scalable Security Solutions for Airports, Retail, Transportation, Port and Maritime, Gaming and Entertainment, Corporate and Enterprise, City and Urban, Schools and Universities This is not an advertisement as I sell to the camera/dvr manufacturer directly.
Today, most companies selling inexpensive products with analytics (video analysis) are only selling unintelligent motion detection.
In the next few months, more less expensive cameras will becoming out with intelligent motion detection. If you can wait, there should be an answer for you soon.
