I wouldn't worry about it. She will hit something with or with out the limiter. It's just how new drivers are. I'm not saying she'll crash, but she'll scrape a pole in the parking lot, take off the front on a garage, drop a wheel off the road and rip a wheel off. These things are inevible with newbies and not a comment on your girl. No matter how carefull and responsible the kid is, they are learning to drive. Oh, and there's no way in hell your front chin spoiler is staying on, just no way. best of luck
