you have to keep in mind that utah is mormon country, make no mistake. they have yet to legalize adulthood in this state. any kind of alcohol statute modernization is met with STIFF resistance. governor huntsman made some good changes, common sense stuff, and as soon as he galloped off to wash obama's.... er.... as soon as he went to be 'ambassador' to china, his replacement, herbert, overturned EVERYTHING with a complicit legislature.
