Jeff, you might want to show up in court to ask for leniency. I think I'd volunteer to be a crosswalk guard before shelling out $191 plus probably an administration fee.

You are right about all that. I think he was waiting for a speeder because that's a 30mph zone, instead he wrote himself a jaywalking one. He saw me over a block away and refuse to listen to what I have to say about legally crossing at an intersection. I parked on the street that runs perpendicular into the street in front of the hospital two blocks away. the bottom line is am I wrong here or did he mike a mistake because he's an idiot? According to the driver's handbook, I have not done anything wrong, if I remember correctly. You bet I am fighting this one. One dumbass makes a mistake, I have to pay with my time and loose a day of work just to proof I have done no wrong. Just from searching for a few minutes, I can't seem to find any info on this very subject. You are right, even if I got off, I still have to pay the administration fee like my last ticket. I was cited for not having a ticket on the blue line. I was watching the trains at our local station with my two little kids. We weren't on that damn thing. the judge let me off but I still have to pay a 27 or was It 29 dollars BS fee.
