Paid mine off for the 2nd time last year. Then started putting myself under water
by remodeling. It had 20 years of wear and tear was looking pretty shabby.

Today. Tore off the old sunroom and deck and added a 16x18 sun room and 16x26 concrete deck.
All without moving the barbeque grill!
