HJT - hard to tell without some sense of scale for its size.
I don't recognize it. It looks like it has an oilable bushing (as Bosch uses in some of its motors) where it pivots.
Not part of the throttle linkage.
I don't remember the hand brake needing a bell crank anywhere to reverse a motion (and multiply it) - so I checked in my parts manual (1977, but this is a 911 so the little stuff seldom changes) - no, not part of the E brake.
In the door? Nope. some bell cranks, but not that shape. At least not for manual lock doors.
Fresh air system? Nope, and most of those have the pivot turn a valve anyway so they don't just come off.
Automatic heating controls? Don't think so.
Windshield wiper mechanism? Didn't look like anything in the diagram.
How about it is a part from your long lost MB-B?
