last time i had mine apart both of those leaked. the one by the turbo oil pump and the one on the chain box. the one on the chain box i had over-torqued. I resealed then with new gaskets and some of that orange loctite and no leaks from there since. Then there is the whole other problem of the rocker shafts moving and leaking. Best cure for that are those locks from turbokraft. Everything mentioned above can be redone with the engine still in the car.
