actually, my friend, spencer, has better beer than i do. he is a master.
i think epic brewing has the best beer, locally, hands down.
perhaps i'll make two or three different beers, just for the occasion. i am thinking a pils, a witbier, and something really interesting, like a bier de mars or a belgian blonde ale with berries.
