I've been using SUPER for the past few years and it's worked very well. You can download and it from
here.
It's basically a 3 step process:
1. Select the "Output" container...in my case, I make everything an MP3.
2. Open Windows Explorer to the folder where your music is and then drag the files to this field...
3. Press the "Encode" button...
