When 'no knock' warrants get people killed, it's time to think about not issuing or applying for that type of warrant....I don't care if it's the home owner or the PD or the poor little innocent (ethnic deleted) crippled girl down the street who takes an errant round.....

The Stupid-visor AND the Judge are at fault. It's not like NNWs save anytime.....it just looks good on the news and the PD gets to play with their new HLS provided gadgets, armor and weapons.
