Decker's good--particularly b/c it's so tight. There are a couple first gear switchbacks going up. Other favorites include Latigo, La Tuna Cyn, Stunt/Piuma, Encinal (going up), and Little Sycamore. And I like Mulholland West a lot more than the rest of the road: better corners, lots fewer traffic, and no cops. Angeles Crest has much higher speeds, as the corners are more gentle and with better sightlines. But the Santa Monica Mountains are more fun.

Yeah, my Dad and I usually take Encinal (we continue straight at the fork rather than go right onto Mul.).
I suppose you saw my other post. My second favorite road would probably be Latigo Canyon, except for that rough bit in the middle. Otherwise it would be Piuma. Stunt is nice that they repaved it, but they did not smooth the pavement enough.
I did Little Sycamore with my Dad years ago on one of Dave's New Year's Day runs. Must have been around 2004. I remember liking it but it has been so long I don't remember the road much.
I have heard lots about Tuna Canyon but haven't been there. I hear it is one way, so I would need to figure out how the route goes to get there.
I still have not been on Angeles Crest.
I like tight and twisty generally, but Deckar seemed like too much for me. I suppose if I drove it more it would be alright but I was making myself sick even while trying to go slow and learn the road, like in first gear. I think the blind turns are what I don't like.
But maybe that is why my Dad has such a fear of the Snake. I know every inch of it from riding my bike so no turn scares me even if it is blind.
