How long is a piece of string? Depends on the condo, the market, your cost factors, the bookings you get, the weather...endless imponderables.
It's very rare IMO that all these factors will align to give you a good return. Ask me how I know.
Best real estate investment? IMO a small medical/dental commercial building in a top location.
