Question [Let's call this] 10. Do you expense your mileage to the airport?
Well, I'm only a 10 min drive from the airport so no. If it wasn't a trivial sum, I would expense it.
As a practical matter, I almost never drive and park at the airport - parking takes extra time, costs as much as a cab, costs way more than the light rail.
