Nikon | Imaging Products | CaptureNX2. It retains the in-camera settings when you're processing an image and has the Control Point feature, which is outstanding. As mentioned before, do the free trial. I do most of my work in NX2, then do some finishing chores in PS. The Nik plug-in special effects software is awesome and seamless (Nik makes Capture for Nikon).
