Whats it worth 1922 Ford model T touring 3 door all original runs and drives ?

So I bought a 55 citron avant yesterday.I posted some pictures of it on facebook, and a friend of mine told me that he knows that a neighbour of his has an all original 22 model t that he wants to sell.I followed up on the info and a half hour later I was looking at the car.Its a california car with 2 owners, hasnt really left the garage in the last 25 years, just occasionally to auto shows and what not.

It started up after a couple of tries, btw we didnt have to crank it,this was the first year with electric starter.
The car ran and drove fine,a couple of front bushings need some attention but thats it.Paint is original, thats what ive been told and it looks like to.Has no rust or any other problem with the wood components. It has new battery, new convertible top and a new muffler, the old muffler tip was re-used.
Upholstery is original and free of rips or wear.Gas lights? are operational.
The owner added a horn and a cooling fan.
As a few of you know I buy "enjoy it a bit" and sell cars, call it a flipper..
However I never had a 90 year old car,and dont really know what they worth.
So any suggestion on pricing it would be great.
Here are some pictures, cell phone pics. Will have better one once I detail it and stage it.

Like I said any input is welcome, thank you.

Btw car came with another model t frame and a rear and, which i'll sell separetly
to the hot rod guys.
