I aven't even mentioned it, but its been a rough year. The Porsche and I have a new home starting February 1st. The kids and pups will be with me half the time, so that is good.

With that being said, I have started getting items I am going to need. Right now I am concerned with everyday items. I am pretty set in the kitchen, except for knives.

A couple of years ago I bought my wife a nice Al Mar Damascus bladed knife that has remained extremely sharp. I've done a search on here, but what are eveyone's opinions on a good kitchen knife?

I'd rather get a nicer knife or two, than a full set that I won't use and have to sharpen often.
