edited to add. actually 1 complaint, the spring assisted opening on one has become "loose." I'm told you can send it in for repair/replacement but i don't want to part with it for that long. As far as i'm concerned that's a good "complaint." Also check amazon.com picked up the second for 40% off retail and free shipping.
If by loose you mean doesn't want to open at full force or won't fully open it's likely that the torsion spring has broken. I had that happen on one of my Leeks. You don't have to send it to Kershaw if you don't want to. Sometimes they will just send out a new knife. My Leek that broke was a gift. I didn't want to chance it. Anyway you can go to Kershaw's website and drop them an email telling them the parts you need. In my case the sent me a couple of torsion springs in the mail. In less than 10 minutes with a torx driver it was good as new.

As to the ZT folders. I've read nothing but good. I just ordered one earlier today. It'll be here tomorrow. Gotta love Amazon Prime.

I'll be curious to see how the ZT assist works. The Kershaws have a small steel torsion spring inside one of the liners; not much thicker than a 4/0 fish hook. They open with a click. I picked up a Benchmade Steigerwalt last year and the torsion spring is built from the heavy liner on both sides of the knife. It opens with a resounding THWACK. Much more robust mechanism than the Kershaws I have.
