Cheap knife, won't hold an edge, made by Taylor, marketed by Smith and Wesson, and I couldn't live without it. As a mechanic a pocket knife becomes a screwdriver, mini pry bar, wire stripper, thing cutter you name it. No spring assist but it opens with the the slightest flick of the wrist (and thumb over the lock) and is the only knife I carry (in my pocket)
