Same here and every time I drive past a cop or highway patrol car with someone stopped on the side I make sure that the officer is in control of the situation.... otherwise I would stop and assist.
Speaking of assisting... what is that "banned" comment under Rot911's name? Did something happen overnight that we do not know about?
