the least expensive way to fix it is to
replace the TC bearings,
swap out the TC radial seal
swap out the front pump O ring,
and wipe off the front pump gasket, (dont screw with it, the front pump gasket that is)
Replace the pan gasket and filter,
swap out the Bowden cable housing O ring,
all said about 100.00 for parts plus 45.00 for fluids,
put vaseline on the front pump bronze bushing before installing the TC
