The flipside is that there are more than a couple of people mis-representing P-cars here and elsewhere. I've had to "undo" a PPI'd, sight-unseen deal across several state lines. It took lawyers, 2.5 years, some sleepless nights and too much aggrevation. The PPI guy didn't participate in settling until the 11th hour and appealed his legal fees to the state supreme court...and lost. It also cost me most of my faith in people selling cars.

Many people are too embarassed to talk about their purchase nightmares. I'd imagine there have been more than a few OMG crappy cars sent to Europe from here...I'd also imagine having to undo a deal acrss the pond w/ language challenges makes my situation look attractive. YMMV.
