We have never tested one that way, and I cannot imagine a situation where it would have to endure significant negative g loads. I believe any anticipated negative g loads are accounted for in the cyclic fatigue test, but at nowhere near 150%. I'm really not sure of any of that, though. I'm not even sure what the FAA regs say on that.
