Most Porsche underbodies are overspray from the painting of the exterior body.
What you are seeing is probably the overspray on top of the original underbody seal or stoneguard.Usually the underbody seal is greyish or sometimes beige in color.
You can duplicate this provided you can determine the correct color underneath and then spray your yellow on in such a manner that it only fogs on due to the angle and distance of the spray pattern. If you look closely at it you will be able to determine what angle and direction the paint came from that hit this area of the car while the body was being painted.Then,just try and duplicate that scenario.
