How did you tighten you E-Brake?
There are two separate things that need to be looked at. If you simply tightened the E-Brake springs for each rear wheel in the rear discs, then you may have over tightened them. The spring simply sets the lowest limit for not engaging the e-brake (if this makes sense). So you want the e-brake off, and the two springs adjusted so that they are just off impeeding the motion of the rear wheels.
If you found that you needed more than several clicks to fully engage the e-brake then you actually need to get under the car, and adjust the two lines that run to the rear wheels. At least I believe this is the case (because I need to adjust my lines as well)
