Yea, there is a lot of great open roads in the USA. Back in 2000 the wife accompanied me to a two week trip to Sacramento CA and back in the 911. We hit 12 national parks. Brice Canyon and the Zion are just great. She had never seen a Sequoia tree. You can explain that the trees are just huge but until you see one in person you can't grasp how big a tree can be.
Since that trip I have driven my 911 to San Diego, San Francisco and down Highway 1. Hershey PA, Chicago IL, Keystone CO. (The Rocky Mountains national park is just amazing.) Fort Worth TX, Charlotte NC, and Savannah GA. Not in that order. The Smokey Mountains have some great roads.
Overall I have done over 30,000 miles of road trips in the last 15 years.
Good morning guys.
