I shot my friend .44 with magnum loads... like holding a stick a dynamite in your hand!
But I would love to own one someday... or a .454.
I have a shotgun and a 9mm for home defense... I read up on it a lot and yes the .40 and .45 have " more stopping power" however if you look at the damage a 9mm can do I feel it is adequate for the job.
