It seems like all boots these days are made with those wonderful, high-tech, quilted FABRIC inner lining. And so, I figure that regardless of the excellent upper and outsole construction and materials, those boots will be toast in a season or two.
At the ripe age of 54 years, I have come to understand the importance of buying quality. Plus.....I sold shoes for a half-dozen years, a long time ago, and I also understand the importance of good, sturdy footware. And so.....today, I am willing to shell out whatever the reasonable cost for good boots.
Check out my rant from some months ago here. I became intrigued by the Limmer line of boots. Trust me.....one $600 pair of boots will serve you better than six pair of $200 boots.
