Hey all,
I am trying to finish putting my door 'guts' back together. A while back I bought a used replacement door for my car from here (not mentioning the source), and needless to say it was NOT a completely swappable door. The door panel attachments, some of the mechanism attachments, the top pad attachment, etc...none of it fits or had pre-existing holes. It was a huge pain in my a**, but after being left out to dry, I decided to cut losses and make it work for now. Eventually I plan on installing the "evo" carbon doors.
Regardless,
I've done lexan windows, so the motor/regulator/finger-cutting-off scissor lift part is all removed. Almost everything else is back in and ready to go.
I can't seem to figure out the lock actuator wiring! None of the wires in the door have the same colors as the wires on the actuator itself, so it's got me in a jam. I have searched for close-up photos or a wiring diagram but cant find anything specific. My shop manual is still packed away somewhere and I cant seem to locate it either. If it comes to the last resort, I will just pull the passenger door panel off and look at the wiring over there, but I'd sure like to not have to do that.
Cliff's notes: I'm trying to figure out the wiring colors for the electric door lock actuator. The driver's door specifically if that matters.
Sorry for rambling, but I wanted to give as many details as I could think of. Any help is greatly appreciated!
