I can shift!!!! I can shift!!!! Drove my 84 T with Ed's bushings and Seine gate first time tonight Holy crap what a difference!

First off, thanks to the gate, I actually know where 1st is and 2nd to 3rd happens automagically. Then thanks to new bushings I can find 1st while rolling, slam it into 2nd well before the revs go to idle and even downshift aggressively into 2nd or 1st while cornering or braking. (now if I can ever figure out how to heal toe the contraption, I could be really cool).

Of course my test drive was at 10:30p local so now my neighbors hate me but I can shift!!!

Wayne's book was very helpful as well as multiple threads here.

My thanks to Ed, seine, and my buddy Garrett for welding the shift tab so professionally on my seine conversion.

Now I attack my auto heat issues.
