After going to our AGM of the condo building where we own a condo unit which we rent out(an over 50 age condo) and getting sworn at just because my wife and I own a unit. After I wanted to have something soft to touch like our pet -our black lab which passed away last March. The Bylaws allow us to rent out and there is just a handful that are rented out. There is nothing like a pet, dogs particularly that can give that unconditional love. Soft to touch.
