I hope your victory purchase works out. Many folks don't like the looks of a tail on a targa- but if you do, there are several options. Tea tray, late Carrera and duck are the most common. They are available used, or new-reproduction, and some bolt onto your existing deck lid. You'll want to add a chin spoiler for stability.
