She is only in her late 40s and has 3 very active kids.

Any real world advice from this community would be great.

She also has Crohn's disease so I think some of the traditional pain killer treatments may not be possible.

If folks have had experience with certain drugs or alternative treatments that I can pass on it would be greatly appreciated
