Just an update on Gerry Mc Carthy (aka Gerard McCarthy, Jerry McCarthy) He is still believed to be in the Pleasanton Area. He has refuesed to negotiate any payment for the damages he admitted to cause on both my cars. He has not returned my 356 parts either. He recently was found selling tools and parts on Craigslist.

I am still missing Fog light holders, and a pair of door handles with locks, he also held on to some new reproduction rocker panels that he owes me. (This in addition to the thousands owed for damage to both my cars, money paid for repairs that were totally wrong (doors didn't even fit the car any more)).

If you see any of these items for sale by him, (deaf man in his mid fifties) please contact me ASAP.

Although he claims to be a Porsche expert, he has had other cars in his shop, including VW's, Chevrolet, Audi. So he may try to work on your other cars.

This former California School for the Deaf Auto Body Shop Teacher is to be avoided at all costs if you value your property.

Although he currently is hiding form his responsibilities he is believed to still be in the Pleasanton area do to family connections. He had lived in Connecticut in the past, and may still travel there do to other family ties.
