What's happening to these kids in Leroy that are developing ticks and touretts like symptoms?

Do you think it's related to the spill from 1970?
Only girls being shown having the symptoms?
The 30year old nurse though with the same symptoms makes me wonder.

School doesn't seem to be too willing to disclose anything or help in any testing.

I wouldn't go anywhere near those barrels of ooozing whatever that are on the grounds and fenced off.
Why is it there and not been properly disposed of especially being near a school?

I think there may be a bird or two there .pretty sure I have shipped parts to Leroy.
