This man should be given a special sentence.

You put him in General Population.
You tell every prisoner that they get a day off their sentence every time they rape him.
They will not kill him, because then their golden goose is gone....instead, he will be raped many times a day until he kills himself, or is released.
Either way, once he is prey he will never want to endure that again.
I also think this would be a good preventative measure for others that entertain the thoughts this creature had.

Cost to us citizens.....nada.
Result.........................priceless.
