Hmmm, the toubling part is those should not have been able to come out/fall out at all. Something might be loose or damaged???? What type of round were you shooting? Is this a classic GI piece or a modern piece? They eat different types of ammo, but I'm sure you already knew that.
I believe the left is the firing pin, right ejector but I'm generally wrong on these things.
I would find a smith or other person capable of helping you locally.
