Someone breaks into my house with a weapon, I'd kill them, not shoot them. I wont rely on a millisecond of "hope" that he doesn't hurt my family.

Hmm - if all the snipers were situated up high on the catwalks, wouldn't they all be sitting ducks if a terrorist organization with intelligence actually planned an attack?
